I appreciated this walk. I burned calories and allowed my mind to wander just as much as my body, and things were clarified. I guess it's something I should be doing regularly.

I've been noticing cycles in my life which are related to pain.

As the body moves, the mind grooves. As the words come out, so the thoughts come out as well.

A little inconsistency, I'm learning, does go a long way… and I've suffered said consequences today, and I don't intend to make things any worse tomorrow.

Or rather, I do have one thing on my mind. And it's about Jesus too, so if you aren't religious or anything like that, fair warning, all this just might make you cringe.

Why jump on thinking about doing better tomorrow when you know you're doing great right now?
