In Christ I am made, and in Christ I am held together. In Christ I live and move and have my being.

I was sick last week. No excuses, here's what's been going on.

I guess the question I want to ask anyone and everyone is - first, are we getting through to anyone? And second, to whoever we are getting to, how are you doing so far, knowing that you are loved with a practical, necessary, personal, and present love?

The life we have in Christ... flows.

I appreciated this walk. I burned calories and allowed my mind to wander just as much as my body, and things were clarified. I guess it's something I should be doing regularly.

I've been noticing cycles in my life which are related to pain.
