Well I’m on a roll with statements and paragraphs to motivate.
And why not? I think today was good. I got out of bed, watered the wheatgrass and the coriander. I played some Fallout 4, and then worked out: 40 Pullups, 60 Pushups, 80 Squats, then 40 Handstand Pushups, 40 Reverse Lunges, 40 Planche Pushups, and 40 Lunges. Took a cold bath, and then I had lunch. I behaved, or at least I did better than yesterday. Vegetable soup and mustard greens with red rice, topped with chicken tocino. 2 Bowls of that, and a Banana. Followed this up with puto a neighbor was selling, chased with coffee.

Finally got through finishing week 3 of the Cybersecurity course. There was a lot to cover there, but I got it done. Good stuff. I then found time to work out again, this time I did the DB cardio routine with 20lb DBs, and then the Athlean X 6-pack promise. Took a bath again, and then headed out to shoot. Before I actually got the car out of the garage, Manang points out – one of the front tires was flat. So, bonus workout, I used the pump to air it back up before heading out.
I got a set of good shots, but they were more or less similar to yesterday’s sunset so I guess I’ll be posting a little more on Omniscapes. Speaking of, I’m led to thinking I should just stick to personal and motivational stuff on one account, and then pure landscapes on the other. Anyway, I was able to finish early, and I rushed to Petron to have the tires aired for sure.
Soon as I got home I had oatmeal enriched with GR-2 and kamote. A familiar taste of times I was really strict with my intake. We worshiped, and Mom had a revelation regarding how Christ’s death and resurrection was absolutely vital to everything we believe – I totally agreed.

I kind of slacked since then. Kept an eye on my trades – there were a lot today and I wanted to see if I could capitalize on the XAUUSD power hours. I could have written this earlier but I played Fallout again.
HIGH: Worked out and got course work done. Onward and upward, damn it.
LOW: Could have done more. WIll get more done.
