Testing, attention please. It’s been a while since I used a thick-pointed Pilot sign-pen. So far, it hasn’t bled through to the other side of this page.
So far, so good.
‘So far, so good.’ This implies that everything is good up until this time. Not something we, as believers in Christ, should be declaring. I mean, we can say it – but in Christ, we ought to declare, “God is good, all the time!”
It doesn’t matter what we feel. We may see events, even the whole world crumbling and falling to oblivion before our eyes! But the definite and absolute truth in Christ’s words stand, and His word states that He will never leave us, nor shall He forsake us! His word states that there is no more condemnation in Him, and in Him, there is nothing that can ever separate us from the Father’s love!
Our truth does not depend on our perceptions… But Christ, THE Truth, radically renews our perceptions!
