Bulakena’s Bibingka Ube. I don’t know what it was but something in it reminded me of the States. Weird.

Anyway, that’s one kakanin I’m probably going to look for during the rare occasions that I’m invited to a potluck. We couldn’t have this stuff in the house – it’ll go fast.

This is a pleasant break from western pastry. Yeah, it tastes so good that I’m blogging it.
