All seems good so far. I still have my doubts but I want to make the most out of what was given to me.
Asking the Lord for wisdom, and, as early as now, for the power and the knowledge to be a good steward of all that is coming in the next days and weeks.
I’ve just added something to my plate, and it’s nice to be brought back into this sort of rhythm.

Psalm 27
An Exuberant Declaration of Faith
A Psalm of David.
1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?
Going back to this verse, and remembering how perfect love casts out all fear. This perfect love is felt as the Lord shines as our Light, and as the Lord reveals His faithfulness, by way of our complete, absolute and forever salvation.
In other words, God’s perfect love is seen in His goodness and His faithfulness towards us – therefore, we have no reason to remain in fear.
God’s perfect love is seen in His being powerful and strong in our lives, even in this fallen world – therefore, we have no cause to remain afraid.
2 When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell.
3 Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this I will be confident.
Indeed, folks would come against us to go as far as to consume us. They would congregate and scheme together, gathering in war against us. But they ultimately fall, and we remain in His goodness and His faithfulness.. just as His strength remains in our lives.
God’s perfect love acts from within, and is all around us.
Thinking about it right now, and thinking about each and every other person that I’ve had the privilege of meeting, much less interacting with throughout my years of existence in this wretched planet – The Lord is just as much their Light, and their Salvation, and the Strength in their lives… and I join the rest of the body of Christ in praying for hearts to realize His goodness, for eyes to see His glory… praying, that all these people, friends, acquaintances, those who call themselves our enemies, those who hide their hatred… that ALL would have their eyes opened to see His grace through Christ, and heed the call to repentance unto salvation.
4 One thing I have desired of the LORD, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to inquire in His temple.
And continuing to think about it, that’s my prayer: In the name of Jesus, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, may we always be ready, in and out of season, with our testimony of the blood of Jesus. May we be ready to overcome at any given moment, may we always be at the ready to testify at the opportune time.
Oh, indeed, may we continue to find confidence in Christ, though war may rise against us, and all around us.
5 For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.
6 And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; Therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the LORD.
To bask in His perfect love means more than realizing that we are protected – As the Lord lifts David’s head up, so the Good Shepherd lifts us up and actually carries us on His shoulders.
7 Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
8 When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, LORD, I will seek.”
9 Do not hide Your face from me; Do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; Do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation.
10 When my father and my mother forsake me, Then the LORD will take care of me.
11 Teach me Your way, O LORD, And lead me in a smooth path, because of my enemies.
12 Do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries; For false witnesses have risen against me, And such as breathe out violence.
13 I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the LORD In the land of the living.
14 Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD!
I’m looking at all of this right now, and considering my situations, I am just thankful that the Lord is with us through it all.
He hears us, and He demonstrates divine mercy by answering us according to His glory and grace.
In these times when I’m presented with circumstances only I could face, I will continue to be confident, knowing that the Lord is with me, and He takes care of me; He is with me – yes, even right now – and He directs me on smooth paths, paths of righteousness (both for His name’s sake, and also because of my enemies)
I will not be delivered into the will of those who call themselves my enemies and adversaries. In its place, I WILL see God’s goodness, here in the land of the living.
God’s love is His presence. God’s faithfulness is seen in His presence. God’s goodness is His presence. And when we say that we ‘wait’ on Him, it may not necessarily be that we wait for Him to show up – He’s already with us. We ‘wait’, as in we wait for Him to act, and we act, react, and/or respond accordingly.
Throughout this day, in all that’s transpired… In all I was thinking about, in all I was doing… the God of the heavens and the earth, the Creator of all things seen and unseen – in all things, He was our faithful Father, demonstrating His love for us by being present in us and with us, reminding us that we are with Him, and He is with us, always.
And I’m willingly, intentionally taking all of this in, in this new season.
I asked for it. Here we go.
I sought the Lord, and He answered, and He delivered me from all my fears.
