Written in the notebook while I was out today. It may not seem much to you folks, but it was very helpful for me to just write it all down… To flow with whatever came into mind, with pen in hand, just allowing thoughts in, out and through…

What else do I have?
Who else do I have, but Christ?
What else do I have, but His Word?
Where else can I go from His presence?
He is my Good Shepherd; I shall not want.
He leads me to lie down in green pastures.
He leads me by the still waters.
He leads me into the paths of righteousness for His Name’s sake.
He’s all I have, in this wretched world.
War rises against me.
The enemy steals, kills, and destroys.
Chaos reigns around me, and fear tears me down from the inside.
But I have His Word.
By His Word, there was light.
By His Word, the winds and the waves obeyed.
He spoke, ‘Light!’
He spoke, ‘Peace, be still!’
I have His Word.
My house has His Word.
He speaks light, and He speaks peace.
Yes, surely as He sings and surrounds us with songs of deliverance, so He proclaims light and peace upon us; Here, and now.
Thank You, Father. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You, Holy Spirit.
You turn our mourning into joy.
Weeping endures for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
You’re all we have.
You cause all things to work for our good.
We shall only look and see the punishment of the wicked.
We shall not fear the terror by night.
We shall not fear the arrow by day.
You’re all we have.
You are for us, and not against us.
Nothing can separate us from Your love.
We’re bold to testify this.
I’m bold to write all this, only because of Christ, and His finished work.
By His stripes, we’re healed.
By His blood, we’re forgiven.
By His Spirit, we rejoice always, we pray without ceasing, and in everything, we give thanks.
Thank You, Father. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You, Holy Spirit.
All honor, glory, praise and worship be unto Your glorious name. Amen.
Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him,
On those who hope in His mercy,
To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
Our soul waits for the LORD;
He is our help and our shield.
For our heart shall rejoice in Him, because we have trusted His holy name.
Psalm 33:18-21
We wait on the LORD, we trust in Him.
We fear Him – recognizing and appreciating that
He is all He says He is,
He did all He said He did,
He will do all He said He will do.
The Creator, the God of Israel, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, has fulfilled His Word by way of Christ, His only begotten Son, who was born, who died, rose again, and ascended, that we would be saved – recreated; Rather, free from the chains of sin, dead to the desires of the flesh, made new wineskins filled with the Holy Spirit; Righteous as Christ is righteous, unto eternal life.
We are testimonies of His Word, and He will not allow us to be snatched by the enemy;
Nothing can snatch us away from Him.
Nothing can separate us from His love.
Thank You, Father. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You, Holy Spirit.
All powerful, all glorious
There’s nothing like the Name of Jesus.
All powerful, all glorious
There’s nothing like Your Name;
All powerful, all glorious
There’s nothing like the Name of Jesus.
All powerful, all glorious
There’s nothing like Your Name!
Your grace abounds to me,
Your grace abounds to me,
Jesus, in You I find all that I need
Your grace abounds to me,
Your grace abounds to (us),
Jesus, in You (we) find all that (we) need
…(we) find all (we) need in You.
Let that be my prayer.
God, Your grace abounds in us.
We find all that we need in You.
Yes, we recognize Christ above anyone and everyone else; His Word is all that we have, and we are always in His presence.
As we rejoice in Your presence, we recognize Your grace abounding in us – in our actions and reactions, in our plans and our responses. Your grace abounds to us – therefore, we live, and move and have our being in You.
Be exalted, LORD, above the heavens.
For You are good, and You are exceedingly good.
Yes, in all this, you are good.
You ARE good.
Thank You, Father. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You, Holy Spirit.
Praise the Father, praise the Son;
Praise the Spirit, three in one;
God Almighty (sic) majesty,
Praise forever to the King of Kings.
In rejection, in unfulfilled desires,
In so many unanswered questions – in so much blanks, in so many openings for overthinking;
In so many temptations to just lose it and to let go,
IT. IS. WRITTEN:
That through all of it, I will delight in the LORD, and He shall give me the desires of my heart.
It’s written that, again, He is faithful to work all this for my good.
It’s written that my Father is also my Avenger, and He never sleeps nor slumbers.
I may not have control, access, or power over any of these situations, but it is written that none of it will separate me from His love.
It is written that God is for me, and not against me.
I praise and thank Him for His Word, for it is the Spirit present with me, here and now;
It is life to my bones, life and peace upon all my circumstances and situations.
Christ is my Vision, and is therefore my top priority.
I love, as He loves me. Completely. Absolutely.
For light and for peace,
Thank You, Father. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You, Holy Spirit.
