But Peter said, “I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!”

When we live from Christ, who is the Word of God, and as we flow from this grace and this glory… we send life, light and love naturally, effectively, effortlessly… powerfully.
We are not denying all that we see in this world, but we are also saying that we are not defined by circumstance. It is by the Word that we now live. Christ is the living Word that engulfs ALL that concerns us, and all we are concerned about.
16 From now on, therefore, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we once regarded Christ according to the flesh, we regard him thus no longer. 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. 18 All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. 20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.2 Corinthians 5:16-21
This is what we live from. This was the motivation for our seeking, the heart behind our schooling, and now the foundation of our sending.
James Odongo said 1.8 people are dying every second and we are encouraged to do the math. The Rapture can happen at any time. Current events, domestic and foreign, and even in our own personal lives – they all point towards Christ’s return. I’m not denying that.
Or maybe we aren’t even thinking about these things because we have enough problems in our own backyard. We’re having issues seeking, schooling, and sending on our own.
My friends, to close, I suppose I just want to say this:
We are not here to cast burdens of works upon you, nor are we here to condemn. We’re not here to make slaves.
We are not in the slave-trade business. We have a soul-winning privilege.
We’re here to win souls. By the finished work of Christ, and by the power of the Holy Spirit alive in us, we’re here to testify to the Gospel of Christ, we’re here to speak the Word of God and to speak life, light and love into this wretched, dying world.
We overcome by the blood of Jesus, and by the word of our testimony.
We are not here to send people off from the basis of fear, but from the foundation of supernatural, infinite love and divine compassion, as Christ demonstrates unto us.
We send from the same perfect love that saved us. We send from the Truth of God’s Son taking us from merely existing, to living true and eternal Life.
We send from perfect love that casts out all fear.
Christ had compassion over us, so we have compassion for the lost, the oppressed, the marginalized, the sick, the widows and the orphans.
Christ had a heart for us, so we have a heart for the harvest.
Take stock in your relationship with Jesus

I simply live for you. I simply live FROM you.

God is the Maker of Time and therefore impacts the past as much as the present and the future. God therefore knows all in all, and IS all in all. I cannot understand God, I can only trust in Him. Our incomprehensible God is Father who loves us with an everlasting love.
From one point of view I stand at the edge, with no other choice but to jump. That I will crash and burn is certain, only a question of when; no, it seems part of what occupies my concern is how I fall.
My concern is how to give all, before I get everything.. or nothing. To this I give thanks to our God, who, again, loves me as a Father – for even in these scenarios, and these circumstances that are most likely molehills I’m overthinking into mountains, He has been, is, and will be faithful to me.
He redefines my past, so there is peace superior to pain – and it’s because of Him that I am able to face the future, constantly reminded by His Spirit of my blessed assurance.
Let me say that again. God ministers to my past as much as He is in my present and future and beyond… that I have peace infinitely superior to the pain.
It is our Father’s presence here and elsewhere, now and else-when, that serves as a Foundation for the future – a Foundation infinitely firmer than the strongest and most enduring forces of fear.
In all that’s going on in the present, concerning myself, my family, my ministry, all that I’m personally concerned about and all that concerns me, it just gives me joy – yes, I have a present joy – to know that the Truth endures in the turmoil.
The Truth stands above and upon the trials. The Truth truly prevails.
Beyond what I know, and what my senses perceive, the Truth truly prevails.
To this, I’m falling back – again, for the nth time – Falling back to rejoicing and giving thanks.
I thank God that even here and now, He is with me, never leaving me, never forsaking me.
Even in the losses we experience in the family, and even with clear and present danger coming closer and closer to us, we give God all the glory, because what He has done for us, what He has given us, who He has made us – Oh, this all-encompassing salvation we have through the finished work of Christ and guaranteed by His Spirit, reminds us that we have a life beyond existence, a peace beyond understanding!
Yes, we worship our God, our Father, because of the security He has brought us into. He deserves all the praise, for this peace that we have goes far and beyond any assurance or comfort that this world promises to give.
Even here, and even now, with uncertainty, and with risks, with failure and with regrets… Oh, we thank God all the more.
We give thanks to God, our Father, because it’s in these times that we are reminded that (1) NONE of these things can ever separate us from His everlasting love, and (2) EVEN in these trials, He is as close to us as He could ever be.
We give thanks to God, our Father.
We give glory due to our Savior, the only begotten Son of God – Jesus Christ.
We acknowledge and honor His Spirit, as alive in us as He tirelessly, faithfully convicts the entire world with each and every passing second, that many would not perish but come to repentance.
This Truth transformed me.
Don’t get me wrong. We still have pain. We still have fear. We still suffer. We definitely face failure, frustration, disappointment, and anxiety. We still see and experience sickness and death.
But, oh, the Truth transformed me in the sense that even in the worst that can ever happen… Christ is, hands-down, the absolute BEST that happens to any of us.
He loves us at our worst, by giving us His best.
He who is everything became nothing, that we would be someone to God.
This Truth transformed me.
I’m no longer confident in creation, than I am secure in my Creator, who is my Father. Amen.
Suffering and shame, anxiety and fear – All these are present, but Christ is closer to me as I am to Him… now, and forever. Past, present, future and beyond. Amen.
Praise God, from whom all blessings flow.
Praise Him, all creatures here below.
Praise Him above, ye heavenly host.
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen.
