Debrief/Checkpoint June 28, 2025

So we were finished with the meeting yesterday. Without going through too much detail, I will just go ahead and share that the following were what we all came into agreement with:

• Documentation takes priority over position. We shouldn’t be in a rush to put people out of power and into power.
  • Thinking of the blockchain and how every node or entity has to have their own copy of the ledger duly updated to stay part of the entire community.
  • Where do we start regarding said documentation? Not with our Mission/Vision, but deeper – our values. And I am thankful because the core value we all seemed to agree upon was ‘Christ-centered living’; Right up my alley, as long as Christ gets all the glory.
• There was never any total, but rather MORE autonomy provided to local entities.
  • That, or now that I’m thinking about it, the ‘umbrella’ or the seemingly centralized entity isn’t actually centralized, but rather seen more as its own tribe with a more distinct function… Think of the Levites and their role as support for the other tribes, but being a tribe themselves. They do not DICTATE, but they FACILITATE community transactions, and they SUPPLEMENT movement in individual entities.

After that meeting, we had our own debriefing and planning session, where I recall the following points:

• We need to have a fixed budget for operations.
• Messages for the rest of the year (for where messages will be shared) should take priority.
  • Assign slots for other speakers, have them speak on their forte.
  • Use other slots for facilitation of group discussion, where the panel will be given questions beforehand.
• We shall sustain the existing group firmly focused on finances, but there is need a governing entity with more differing and unique opinions.
  • But BEFORE this we will need a huge update to our documentation.

That’s more or less what we decided to chew on… and I’ll be sharing that more in detail, later.

One more thing that came into mind during the first meeting, was the challenge for all of us to have our own personal vision. I was reminded of something I wrote about a couple of weeks ago:

My personal vision is to die gloriously, and to live forever.

I think that still holds, but now I no longer see it as the bedrock foundation, because there is the value that is deeper… and that Value, for me, is simply Christ, and Christ in all: Not merely in the center, but in all aspects of being. Not merely in living, but in all actions and reactions.

Christ, my Power and Wisdom behind me and with me down to my final moments in this existence.

Christ, my Savior and Hope before me and with me in the infinite and eternal.

I think it’s really nice that we came up with all of this in, oh, a little past the halfway point of this year 2025. I’m personally still feeling that redemption arc I wrote about my being in, a couple of articles ago… and, really, may the Lord just be glorified to the maximum in all of this.
