Indeed, even in our afflictions, may God's will be done here on earth as it is in heaven.

I agree where the Psalmist says - Surely, all mankind stands as a mere breath!

"I was saying stuff like, thank God for every punch, every beat of my heart, every breath."

All through Christ, who is God's will done here on earth as it is in heaven.

This is the salvation we exult in, folks. This is the will of God fulfilled in the heavenlies, projected here on earth.

"bless the Lord, o my soul, and forget not His benefits."

What a beautiful thought! Because of Christ's finished work, His kingdom has come, and consequently, His will was done!

"the more we struggle, the deeper we get. The more we squirm, the faster we fall."

great kingdoms are birthed from great kings... And there can be no better king than the King of Kings, who is Christ.
